We have organised the best and most appropriate accommodation providers in all areas of New Zealand. Depending on what tour each group chooses our accommodation options range from friendly back packer style dorm rooms, traditional Maori sleeping rooms, tents while camping, single rooms, small bush huts to luxury private rooms.

We are constantly updating our accommodation options and auditing each one to make sure you are getting the best value for money.

This accommodation usually incorporates billeting (staying with local families from opposition teams), holiday park, backpacker and lodge accommodation. Accommodation is always clean and comfortable but space is limited in the multishare rooms to ensure costs are kept low.

Another option is marae stay experiences. In marae stay players and coaches sleep in one large room known as the wharenui on mattresses on the oor. It’s a great way to experience genuine Maori culture while building a strong team culture of your own. Another bonus is the affordable and delicious catering options which come with this.

If you want to step up the comfort level then the SF accommodation option is the one for you. Twin and tripple share motels, apartments and motor inns are most common within this package. Especially appealing are accommodation providers with kitchen facilities in their rooms as players can prepare meals and snacks at their convenience.

GF packages can be taxing on the body. Stay in the best motels and hotels where meals are fully catered and room service is on call at any moment. Staff will have single rooms and players twin share with some of the nicest views and facilities NZ accommodation has to offer.

For the price sensitive team self-drive is a great option. Vans can be hired for as little as $150 a day. Please note this is only recommended for groups from Australia or who have experience driving on NZ roads. Other options include chartering a basic 3 star bus with air conditioning and driver.

We have relationships with the best bus charter companies in NZ who supply comfortable air-conditioned buses up to 53 seats. Buses are to be used strictly as per the itinerary or additional costs apply.
